Just a simple background about Eau Claire, the Manufacturing Plant is located in the tropical Rainforest in Kedah. The source which is from an aquifer over 100 metres depth was chosen through intensive hydro-geological study by the French consultants. It is estimated that the water from the surface of the ground took more than 50 years to seep through various layer of rock formation before setting in the aquifer. This enhances the mineral essences of Eau Claire and providing it with a very unique taste which had long been recognized and favoured by the customers.
Eau Claire’s fully integrated plant mirrored the setup in Europe to ensure it achieves the highest standard of product quality, stability and consistency. The quality control procedures are in compliance to both the standards of Malaysia and United Kingdom.
EAU CLAIRE has always positioned itself to be the pioneer in the industry for PRODUCT EXCELLENCE, we were among the first to achieve numerous awards and accreditations namely ABWA / HACCP / MOH / HALAL / ISO9001:2000 and was even awarded the superbrand status for the three consecutive years from year 2003 to 2005. We are also being audited and approved by >80 reputable clients in the industry for the segment of OEM namely Starbucks Coffee, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Dunkin Donuts, Maybank, OCBC Bank etc.
For your information, the process control of EAU CLAIRE is being audited average 6 times a year by the external parties. EAU CLAIRE’s reputation was confirmed by a venerable voice of authority, The Malaysia Tatler, which in May 2003 described Eau Claire as “minerally satisfying” with “smooth and silky texture” and a “classy, simple and nice” appearance.
This explains why EAU CLAIRE is able to position itself as the premium mineral water supplier in the region since incorporated in 1996
